This Aida Batlle Selection coffee hails from Arturo Meza Hill's farm, Finca La Florida, which sits at 4900 feet above sea level. It was processed in the unique and experimental "cascara soaked" method, in which cascara is added to the fermentation process. This process adds a juicy body and some extra fruity notes to the taste of the coffee. It is quite unique - enjoy!
