We're happy to feature another Microlot from the ASOPROAAA community. This is the first year we are offering coffee from Emilio Jimenez Castro's farm "San Francisco". Located in the Tarrazu region at over 5,500 feet above sea level, the San Francisco coffee is grown among avocados and citrus fruits. We selected this coffee from a variety of naturally processed lots from ASOPROAAA. All of the natural coffees we sampled from the region were fantastic but the San Francisco presented as particularly bright and exciting. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
