Shipping and Returns
All our coffee is roasted to order in small batches to ensure that you always receive the freshest coffee possible!
We ship via USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail. The USPS states that Priority Mail will arrive within 1-3 business days but they do not guarantee this. We cannot guarantee the delivery date of your coffee - unfortunately, after it leaves our hands it is out of our control – but we would be happy to assist in tracking your order. We are not responsible if you provide an incorrect shipping address so please order carefully.
We currently ship only within the United States.
If there is an error in the fulfillment of your order or if merchandise you ordered is defective, please notify us immediately. We will refund the charges associated with our mistake to your credit card or replace the merchandise without charge to you.
We will accept returns on merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of the order if it is returned to us in the original packaging (if any) and if the merchandise is unused. We do not accept returns on coffee orders due to the perishable nature of coffee. Online orders may not be returned to our retail stores.
