Blue State Coffee roasts all our coffees at our roastery in South Windsor, CT. Our Head Roaster and Green Buyer, Jacob Failla, oversees the roasting process. He sources green coffees from around the world, purchasing only the best fairly traded, organic, shade grown, and direct relationship beans. He roasts our coffees in small batches to ensure they are perfectly roasted and to bring out their best flavors, so our cafes always offer an array of delicious and exciting coffees.
