Colombia San Pascual (Natural Process)
This vivacious coffee is grown on a part of the Santa Barbara Estate at 5280 feet elevation. The Estate was established almost 30 years ago and provides education and incentive programs which encourage workers to strive for coffee quality over quantity. This coffee, grown on the San Pascual Lot, is naturally dried in the shade for five days then transferred to electric silos for an even drying process. Attention to detail and daily cup testing ensure a consistently exceptional Colombian coffee.
